We Believe That Web Designers Should Support Readers Who Have Disabilities
If you are using frames or a lot of graphics on your website you should consider making alternate pages available for people with disabilities, we think you should use the following guide lines.
We can add all these to your website for very little extra cost, of course the cost will still be dependent on the size of your website.

Limit the size and number of graphics. If you use a background, make it light. The page must be usable with graphics turned off. |

Use a caption on every graphic. |

|
Don't use frames. |
|
|
Use readable text. Use contrast in colours and fonts. |
|
|
Avoid using red and green for visual clues; about six percent of readers are partially colour blind. |
|
|
Use bulleted lists; end each line with a period. |
|
|
Keep line width short—no wider than
six-inches. Long lines of text cause eye-tracking errors and lower comprehension. |

|
Always begin table cells with the P tag.
This makes sure that browsers that don't support tables (such as Braille readers) will recognise your documents. |

Don't use image maps. Use separate pictures
for each link. Always provide text-only links |

Don't hard-code the screen width; every page must be re-sizeable |
